Integrity consideration
Complex damage mechanisms occurring at welds, nozzles, attachments, internals, linings and temperature-transition zones.
Flange-Joint Integrity Assessment is delivered to prevent loss of containment by focusing inspection on corrosion circuits, stress raisers, high-risk fittings and support-related deterioration. IAIS UAE develops the scope around the equipment design, materials, service environment, operating history, expected damage mechanisms and the client’s required decision. This prevents technique-led inspection from becoming disconnected from asset risk and ensures that findings are traceable, technically relevant and suitable for maintenance or engineering review.

Complex damage mechanisms occurring at welds, nozzles, attachments, internals, linings and temperature-transition zones.
Limited internal access or the need to assess equipment without opening it.
Uncertain or localised thinning and flaws requiring remaining-life or fitness-for-service evaluation.
Coordinating inspection, repair, pressure-system requirements and shutdown schedules across multiple disciplines.
IAIS UAE may prepare API 510 or asset-specific inspection plans, complete internal and external examination, thickness surveys, targeted NDT, CUI assessment, exchanger or boiler inspection, flange/valve/PRD support, NII planning and repair surveillance. Inspection findings are evaluated against the applicable equipment basis and may be transferred into authorised FFS, remaining-life or repair-engineering scopes when acceptance cannot be established directly.
Pressure vessels, columns, reactors, drums, separators, boilers, fired heaters, heat exchangers, air coolers, valves, flanged joints and relief-device interfaces.
The client receives a coherent equipment condition position rather than separate technique reports. This supports safe operation, shutdown prioritisation, repair definition, anomaly management, interval review and longer-term replacement or life-extension planning.
Equipment inspection plan; internal/external examination records; thickness grids and corrosion trends; NDT reports; anomaly register; CUI findings; repair/alteration surveillance; NII assessment; remaining-life/FFS inputs and next-inspection recommendations..
Clear, traceable technical information that supports safety, compliance, reliability, maintenance prioritisation and lifecycle value.
